DVD_Mount() x 2

In working with DVDs, I've come to a problem on making a second call to DVD_Mount (after switching discs out). It just hangs. Looking through the source, I saw that DVD_Mount already makes a call to DVD_Reset, so there went that idea. Is there a proper way to do this?

Edit: I recompiled libogc (tried all this with the Feb28 and current CVS) with _DVD_DEBUG turned out to get the debug printfs. There is a brief pause after a call to DVD_LowInquiry() while the DVD churns. Just after that, on the second call, the text just scrolls on by rapidly. I see a pattern in everything scrolling by, so it's getting into an infinite loop there.
