Do you have any idea what's pulling those functions in offhand?

libmikmod was only packaged and tested as part of the SDL package, sorry.

The library may need patching or built with different configure options.

Yeah, I undertand that's not the correct way of installing the libraries and I'm actually using dkp-pacman for managing the libraries. I only tried to build the repo out of curiosity and thought of reporting back these issues in case it helps with the repo/build. Sure, it's appreciated, I just worr...

The point of the fork I did on gitlab was to PR changes back again but you kind of jumped the gun and I think you applied my earlier changes manually. I fixed up the directory reading code & some warnings at https://gitlab.com/WinterMute/gecko-os but now I can't PR that back because of the confl...

Sorry to take so long getting to this. The instructions for obtaining pacman on gentoo were provided by an expert gentoo user which I hadn't personally tried but I do trust him to know what he's doing. I've recently set up a Gentoo VM to test which has been a bit of an arduous journey tbh, had some ...

Currently, when trying to build ppc portlibs from pacman-packages, some PKGBUILDs fail: Ideally you're not supposed to build anything from pacman-packages, you're supposed to install them with https://devkitpro.org/wiki/devkitPro_pacman - bzip2 1.0.6 The link to package source code's is dead (there...

Built the library with last: pacman-packages/ppc/libjpeg-turbo/PKGBUILD and then my old projects. All right! Thanks. You didn't need to compile it, it was packaged and available via (dkp-)pacman before I pushed the changes that fixed the build. Sorry, I meant to respond here when I fixed it but oth...

Apologies, I didn't check the package properly. Forgot attempts to cross compile fall back to native tools when the cross compiler isn't found. I'll have a look tomorrow. Newlib headers don't contain these non standard functions which are only used on big endian systems, I'll need to patch somewhere...

Sounds like link order to me. Make sure your LIBS line has -lfreetype -lbz2 and not the other way round.
