I have experienced the same problem. r26 + libfat-1.0.4 works fine (unfortunately I lost the r26 toolchain). r30 + libfat-1.0.4 works also fine but much slower. r30 + libfat >= 1.0.5 (including the latest svn version) always reposts an initialization error.
My Hardware: GBA + Supercard SD ...

it's me again. Somehow libfat doesn't like me...

Hi,
thanks for your answer. I can confirm your guess. At least as far as I know. I changed the linker option to do a multi-boot image and embedded all graphics and sounds into the file system.

I cannot initialize the Fat system on my SD card. My hardware is a GBA with a Supercard SD.
