Hey, I was having the same problem, and since it's been a few days and they haven't fixed it. Here was my work around: Downloaded the pspsdk-doc.tar.bz2 from http://sourceforge.net/projects/devkitpro/files/devkitPSP/pspsdk%20docs/ Move that file into the folder with the installer Renamed it pspsdk-d...
