I solved the problem. I just changed the names in the .ini file and disconnected the computer from the network before installing. That prevented the updater from obtaining an updated file list.

Yep, I have everything in the same folder.

BTW, I just noted the installer changed the devkitproupdate.ini file with the latest files, instead of the ones it had when I last installed it. Maybe that's the problem. Unfortunately I'm in my office right now and the downloader isn't working properly ...
