Can't properly install 3.0.3, due to denied permissions
I've been trying to install devkitPro tools for the last two days, and have been running into numerous problems. I think that the main issue is that bash can't edit '/dev/shm' and '/dev/mqueue', showing me "Permission denied", which then cascades into being unable to sign any keys online, ...
