Hi,
I'm trying to follow the instructions on https://devkitpro.org/wiki/devkitPro_pacman to get things set up for 3DS development, on MSYS2 (x86_64.) Trying to install the 3ds-dev group results in the following:
pacman -S 3ds-dev
