delete the gba-examples archive & let the installer download it again. Sorry, there are still some odd places where the download fails but doesn't report an error.

Being honest, trying to poll the buttons at that speed is more than slightly ridiculous. What's the reasoning behind that?

Until such times as the PAlib maintainers create a library which works without destroying the toolchain on which PAlib depends we cannot recommend its use under any circumstances.

Is there any particularly good reason you want 16x16 fonts? Bear in mind that this will decrease your text resolution to 16x12 character cells.

It's possible to do but I really can't imagine how it would be useful.

If you exercise a little patience there will soon be a library released which supports the nitro filesystem. Unfortunately I can't currently recommend any of the other 3rd party libraries which claim to support this due to problems with their design.

When you say "runs in an emulator" do you mean gcube or something else?

It sounds to me like you may possibly be trying to run gamecube code on the Wii. Are you sure you're building Wii code?

delete the libgba archive & let it download again. Occasionally the archive download doesn't complete properly and the installer doesn't detect an error.

I just dug out some old slot2 devices, tested M3:SD, SuperCard miniSD & GBAMP on both flashed and unflashed DS units. Unfortunately I can't reproduce this issue on any device I own.

Not really sure what else to say except maybe pop by #dsdev on irc.blitzed.org - maybe someone can help in realtime.

The nds examples mostly use features specific to the DS. There is also a set of examples for the GBA using libgba.

Could you show us some code for the ping test, on both DS and host side. It's kind of hard to know where to start without being able to reproduce the problem.
