VBA gdb connection hasn't worked in a very long time.

I think mGBA has a stub that works but I'm really not sure offhand.

I split this off from the original thread where it was posted rather than bumping a pretty old thread. A patch would be much appreciated or at least some indication of what the problem is would be most appreciated. I'm in the middle of trying to clean things up a bit around here and gather some more...

I'm considering adding libtonc to the available packages though which may help. I spoke to Cearn about it some time ago but haven't really got around to doing anything about it yet.

The library needs rebuilt with latest tools and ideally should have been refactored to use the configury so it's actually maintainable.
