Hi, Initialising bg: global::bg_main_address = bgInit(OBJPRIORITY_3, BgType_Text8bpp, BgSize_B8_512x512, 22, 4); global::bg_sub_address = bgInitSub(OBJPRIORITY_3, BgType_Text8bpp, BgSize_B8_512x512, 18, 4); The first parameter to bgInit(Sub) is the bg layer, not the priority. The way you have this ...

The download plugin used by the devkitPro NSIS installer/updater reads your proxy settings from the Internet Explorer configuration. If you’re using an alternative browser you may not have set up IE or you may be using an out of date configuration. In some cases this has been caused by a firewall bl...

Apologies, some teething trouble with moving over to the pacman based package management. Pacman doesn't like installing over existing files that it doesn't know about so currently the best way forward is to uninstall the toolchains & reinstall everything with the latest installer. I can't update devkitARM to release 48 with pacman.
If that's not the way to do it, then what is the proper way to do so?

How are you trying to update and what error are you getting?

I have wanted to have a proper header in the crt0 for the gba for quite a while now, and it just seems to be annoying to have to use gbafix every single rom i make. Is there a possibility that this could be added in future releases? The GBA crt0 already has a proper header. gbafix calculates the ne...

It's meant to work. Whether it does or not is a completely different matter. It would help if you showed some code, ideally a github repo with enough code to show the issue but not so much that we need to compile a load of other things too. As for the installer - we've only just moved to pacman. Get...

It looks like none of the old flashcard menus can boot recent code since we made more changes to support DSi.

Best thing to do is see if hbmenu works on your card.
