MSYS2 installation of devkitPro doesn't work

Hello all,
I'm trying to follow this wiki/devkitPro_pacman for installing devkitpro but I got issues on downloading the keyring.

Any help would be appreciated.

What issue are you having with the keyring? It seems to be working fine from here.
