Help with devkitpro pacman on Debian 12 (Linux)

Hello, recently I noticed a new build script (I'm resorting to this because devkitpro pacman is no longer working), and I built it. Everything went well, but I was expecting to have dkp-pacman with it. I'm looking for an alternative way to get pacman because it would be very useful for setting up files for the Switch. Thank you!!! :D
