Does a flash player for playing flash videos from the internet exist for the NDS?

Not that I'm aware of. This forum is intended to support homebrew programmers using the devkitPro toolchains, it's not really a good place to be asking for help finding already existing applications.

you mean FLV videos from youtube, you can watch them on the supercard dstwo, or you can convert them to DPG (dont know how to do that) and watch them on the normal DS with moonshell
