Has anyone tried to compile a game for supercard dstwo?
also, are the pseudo-opengl graphic commands available for dstwo?

no, neither 3d nor wifi are available from the dstwo. an updated dstwo sdk was released recently that was supposed to allow additional features to be added, but I am not sure if anyone was ever able to successfully compile the new sdk. the super card forum probably is a better place to look.
