Problem installing devkitARM

Hiya there folks.
I want to install devkitARM to my Ubuntu 11.04. And to do so, i've followed this guide: http://devkitpro.org/wiki/Getting_Started/devkitARM. As you can see, it stopts abruptly. Now I've got a load of files and still no devkitARM. Since it's very useful I really really want this programme installed.
My question: Can someone fill me on the remaining bit? I've done everything that is listed in that guide.
I'd appreciate any help
