Problem updating?

Currently, when upgrading my system via
(on a linux platform), I get an error 404. Checking

https://pkg.devkitpro.org/packages
URL in a browser gives a blank html with the text "Hi nosey!". Was there some kind of breach?

Which linux platform? How did you install the tools originally?
