Newbie that can't setup devkitpro on ubuntu

When i tried to run the command sudo pacman -U https://pkg.devkitpro.org/devkitpro-keyring.pkg.tar.zst
it returned:
/bin/sh: 6: dkp-pacman-key: not found

Did you install devkitPro pacman first?
