Make error

Fresh install. Windows XP. Included helloworld file. Error.

It seems that there's a huge bug in your program. Or I screwed something up.

Seems like you don't have DEVKITPPC environment variable defined.
It should point to your devkitPPC folder.

To get more help, could you post the output of the failed make ?
try, crash, debug and learn :)
