DI_Eject(); Not Working

Post by Ghost6765 » Mon Aug 16, 2010 11:08 am

I tried the

Code: Select all

DI_Eject();
function on MSVC++ 2010 Express that got mentioned here : http://www.devkitpro.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2103
but I keep getting this error:

Code: Select all

Here's my source:

Code: Select all

#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <gccore.h>
#include <wiiuse/wpad.h>
#include <di.h>

static void *xfb = NULL;
static GXRModeObj *rmode = NULL;

	VIDEO_Init();

	// This function initialises the attached controllers

	// Obtain the preferred video mode from the system
	// This will correspond to the settings in the Wii menu
	rmode = VIDEO_GetPreferredMode(NULL);

	// Allocate memory for the display in the uncached region
	xfb = MEM_K0_TO_K1(SYS_AllocateFramebuffer(rmode));

	// Initialise the console, required for printf
	console_init(xfb,20,20,rmode->fbWidth,rmode->xfbHeight,rmode->fbWidth*VI_DISPLAY_PIX_SZ);

	// Set up the video registers with the chosen mode
	VIDEO_Configure(rmode);

	// Tell the video hardware where our display memory is
	VIDEO_SetNextFramebuffer(xfb);

	// Make the display visible

	VIDEO_Flush();

	// Wait for Video setup to complete
	VIDEO_WaitVSync();
	if(rmode->viTVMode&VI_NON_INTERLACE) VIDEO_WaitVSync();

	while(1) {

		// Call WPAD_ScanPads each loop, this reads the latest controller states
		WPAD_ScanPads();

		// WPAD_ButtonsDown tells us which buttons were pressed in this loop
		// this is a "one shot" state which will not fire again until the button has been released
		u32 pressed = WPAD_ButtonsDown(0);

		// We return to the launcher application via exit
		if ( pressed & WPAD_BUTTON_HOME ) exit(0);
		if ( pressed & WPAD_BUTTON_A ) DI_Eject();

		// Wait for the next frame
		VIDEO_WaitVSync();

		printf ("Welcome To My 2nd Wii Program");
		printf ("\n\nPress A To Eject");

Code: Select all

  c:/devkitPro/examples/wii/Wii_Eject/source/main.c:5:16: warning: di.h: No such file or directory
  c:/devkitPro/examples/wii/Wii_Eject/source/main.c: In function 'main':
  c:/devkitPro/examples/wii/Wii_Eject/source/main.c:58: warning: implicit declaration of function 'DI_Eject'
is caused by not using the right include. If you look in the libogc/include folder you'll find it at <di/di.h>

Code: Select all

  main.o: In function `main':
  c:/devkitPro/examples/wii/Wii_Eject/source/main.c:58: undefined reference to `DI_Eject'
  collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
is caused by not linking with the required library add -ldi to the LIBS line, before -logc, like this

Code: Select all

LIBS := -lwiiuse -lbte -lfat -ldi -logc -lm

You also should call DI_Init() as the first thing in your main.

How does that help?
